  34Cr2Ni2Mo圆钢因为具备与众不同的工艺性能和有机化学特性,因此在电焊焊接全过程时会造成一系列的难题,从总体上,关键有以下内容:

  34Cr2Ni2Mo圆钢与氧的感染力很强,在气体中非常容易与氧融合,在焊条表层产生高密度而牢固的AL2O3空气氧化塑料薄膜,薄厚约为0.1μm,溶点则达到2150℃。34Cr2Ni2Mo圆钢在电焊焊接全过程时会阻拦焊条的优良融合,产生焊瘤。空气氧化膜还会吸咐水份,造成电焊焊接时焊接转化成出气孔。这种缺点,都是减少对接焊缝的特性。为了确保电焊焊接品质,焊前务必严苛清除焊接件表层的金属氧化物,并避免在34Cr2Ni2Mo圆钢电焊焊接全过程中再一次空气氧化,对熔融金属材料和处在高溫下的金属材料开展合理的维护,它是34Cr2Ni2Mo圆钢电焊焊接的一个关键对策。实际的保障措施是:
